Fletcher George is a family-owned and operated financial recruitment agency, founded in 2007 when we recognised a gap in the market for an independent, values-based approach to recruitment.

We are passionate about recruitment and as a team have over 50 years of experience placing talented finance and accounting professionals in Public Practice and Industry within Surrey, London and the South East of the UK.

Darran Crellin

Director

Darran set up Fletcher George Recruitment in 2007, having worked for over 10 years with the Michael Page Group. He originally started his career in Finance, working within Management Accounts for a large household name. Darran now has over 23 years of finance and accountancy recruitment experience, all gained within Surrey, Central and South West London.

Lisa Wintrip

Director

Lisa is a Director at Fletcher George Recruitment. She has worked in Financial Recruitment since 1995; she joined Fletcher George in 2008, having worked as an Operations Director with the Michael Page Group. Lisa now specialises exclusively in Public Practice recruitment, working across Surrey, London and the South East.
