Fletcher George is a family-run, independent recruitment agency, founded in 2007 when we recognised a gap in the market for a values-based approach to recruitment.

We are passionate about recruitment and as a team, we have over 80 years of experience specialising in placing accountancy, finance, audit, and tax specialists within Public Practice and Industry across Surrey, South West London, Central London, Thames Valley, and the Northeast of England.

 

 

As active members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, we take pride in offering a truly personal, consultative approach, underpinned by deep industry expertise and integrity.

Darran Crellin

Director

Darran founded Fletcher George Recruitment in 2007 after more than a decade with the Michael Page Group. He began his career in Finance, specialising in Management Accounts for a well-known company before transitioning into recruitment. With over 30 years of experience in finance and accountancy recruitment, Darran has built a strong network across Surrey and South West London.

Lisa Wintrip

Director

Lisa is a Director at Fletcher George Recruitment. She has worked in Financial Recruitment since 1995; she joined Fletcher George in 2008, having worked as an Operations Director with the Michael Page Group. Lisa now specialises exclusively in Public Practice recruitment, working across Surrey, London and the South East.
