With more than 50 years of combined experience working in Accountancy and Financial recruitment, we recognised a gap in the market for an independent, values-based approach to recruitment.  We could see that matching the values of employers and candidates creates more successful, long-lasting recruitment outcomes.

In 2007, we established Fletcher George with the aim of matching talented qualified Accounting and Finance Professionals with roles in which they can really make a difference.

Darran Crellin

Director

Darran set up Fletcher George Recruitment in 2007, having worked for over 10 years with the Michael Page Group. He originally started his career in Finance, working within Management Accounts for a large household name. Darran now has over 23 years finance and accountancy recruitment experience, all gained within Surrey, Central and South West London.

Lisa Wintrip

Director

Lisa is a Director at Fletcher George Recruitment. She has worked in Financial Recruitment since 1995; she joined Fletcher George in 2008, having worked as an Operations Director with the Michael Page Group. Lisa now specialises exclusively in Public Practice recruitment, working across Surrey and South West London.
